The UAE can make an online survey that asks people about how happy they are, how good the services are and if they are enjoying their time in the UAE or not. After getting the results the UAE can find out the problems are facing and try solving them. The UAe wants to be among the top 5 countries in the world in happiness index so this can be very important and helpful in achieving this part.

Safe public and fair judiciary is another pillar of the UAE 2021 national agenda. Average respoce time to emergencies is a part of this. This indicator measures the time it takes to respond to emergencies in all regions of the UAE. The UAE is targeting to be able to solve any emergencies in maximum 4 minutes. Th UAE can put cameras in all the roads so that the ambulance, police and firefighters can have a live stream of all the roads and quickly detect any emergencies so that they can move very quick instead of having to wait for a call. They can have more police, ambulance and firefighter stations so that they can reach anywhere very quickly and fix the problem, accident and emergency.
